Awful, awful decision to extend the tramway to North Station. Once again, the council pandering to the tourists and holidaymakers.

You've driven a stake through the heart of the town. The centre and outlying areas are at a traffic standstill. Hang your heads in shame.

I will be out of this town first chance I get.

Very angry conciliation tax payer

Rubbish service. Reported a shop manager who tried to con me by not giving me a refund, i stood my ground and got my refund, reported it to Trading Standards, Blackpool, who did nothing!

Impossible to speak to anyone, no one ever answers the phone, its just an unmanned automatic recording. no useful information on the website, they're a disgrace.

Trying to enter a fly tip online but website will not let me do it.

i put my blue bin out last night ready for collection today(27/10/16) and not collected. looked on bin collection page and it said it was not put out. are the bin men blind.

Even the recording telling me the council is too busy to deal with my enquiry sounds annoyed.

Would be good if 1 department talked to another. It's a joke.
And getting to talk to the person you need is just about impossible.

Stopped in a loading bay while nipped into the Ibis Hotel to help get my partner and mobility scooter. Was only in just over 10 minutes and came out to find a parking ticket on our car even though it said you could stay for 15 minutes, even put my partners disabled badge out on the dash but obviously the traffic warden been instructed to ignore these, even states on the ticket that the car had only been observed for 12 minutes. Really really poor treatment from a council who should be doing everything to encourage more people to come here.
Totally disappointed with Blackpool Council, will not be returning to Blackpool.
