To many people on the Tram, the conducter was very rude when he was asked, by a lady about the amount of people already on. Also very rude when asking us to move down the tram, he couldn't wait why my dad was trying to sit down (he walks with a stick) very rude. It was that bad he couldn't even move round himself to collect tram fares. So the tram company lost a lot of money that night. If you look back on your CCTV system coming back from the top end around 10:00pm you will see how bad it was. The conducter was Raje I think he said like I said very rude!!!!!!!!!

Blackpool Trams are part of Blackpool thank God they kept them. If they got rid of the Trams Blackpool would have died. But they got these new flexity 2 they had to update the system as the old Trams were illegal and did not meet disability regulations.

I sometimes wait for my local bus at Lytham Square. Whilst waiting for my no. 7 service, quite often there is a no.11 bus stood for many minutes with its engine left running. As well as the obvious air pollution these buses very often belch their noxious fumes directly into the adjacent bus shelter making it dangerously toxic. I often have to stand outside the shelter to avoid these fumes. Can something be done to stop this practice?

Good value for money. Reliability not great but it is a seasonal town. Staff do need more manner s some are just rude

The worst bus company on the planet. Avoid at all costs !!!

Travel most days for work and this is the worst bus company I've ever had the misfortune to travel with, drivers with the worst attitude, not one I've encountered must be happy in their work, and the worst service in the world and management just make pathetic excuses when you complain.

The 7 day passes are excellent value for money!
