Great for camping on the moors back in the day, but can be expensive.

Had an issue with a particular item today and this was dealt with professionally and efficiently by the Manager who did everything he could to resolve the problem to my entire satisfaction, excellent customer service provided.

I have used Blacks for many years. They offer a wide range of stock, good customer service and advice and frequent special offers. Staff are friendly and helpful and generally know what they are talking about.

Friendly, helped me to try and find boots that fit my massive feet but didn't find any then suggested other shoes/boots that might be worth trying.

5 Fed 17. Went in looking for a new waterproof and walking boots. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Good choice of clothing, found what I wa looking for. Will definitely go back in the future.
