Blacks Vets

Myself and my partner went to Blacks Vets Dudley on 24/10/17 and were greeted by the amazing reception staff, as our Rat, Crash had a checkup appointment, we were seen by a Dr Forde, who handled our Crash in a manner that I believe was despicable, he was holding our Rat and he was screaming to get away from him, we have never had a problem like this with another Vet called Kevin, but we will not be taking our Rat to the above mentioned Dr Forde again as his service was horrendous

Not just a vet. This is a specialist animal hospital. We are lucky to have specialist vets based there. Good parking around the back well away from the road. A well laid out area inside. There is also a quieter waiting area for angry or nervous pets. The whole team that they have there are wonderful. You can tell that they really care for animals. Winner of the "Best vet" award.

I have used Blacks vets for a number of years. Staff are excellent and the vets are very knowledgeable. The Dudley surgery is classed as a hospital and can get very busy at times. I usually have a small wait of up to 15 minutes after appointment time. Waiting areas very clean.

What a bunch of muppets, 1st told us our cat was never going to make it or ever walk again after aparantly eating something poisonous, then after 24 hours & over £400 later she is fit as a fiddle. I can understand not raising the hopes of the owner by advising them the worse case scenario, but that is just taking the biscuit. Worse experience ever, never going back there ever again, personally I think they are a bunch of liars & thieves simples!
