This is an excellent garage, staffed by people who are really helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy another car or having some work on their existing vehicle.

My parents took their annual trip from Staffordshire to Northumberland to run into a spot of car trouble that created something of a stressful long journey. Despite owning a different brand of car, the guys at the garage went out of their way to help and refused any offer of financial reward or pint at the pub! The friendliness of the staff on reception and the chap who helped sort the MMI on the car was greatly appreciated. We cannot thank you enough. Great garage, great people.

I visited Blackshaw's today to have brakes checked, pads replaced and rear pads serviced. I found it a very efficient experience with all staff from reception to the technicians, very friendly and professional. I took advantage of a courtesy car, which Mel dealt with and was, as ever, most customer friendly. Keep up the good work!

Terrible dealership. I bought a Qashqai several months ago. Once it had been delivered they refused to honour the servicing dealwe agreed and tried to charge me. This was taken to Nissan who honoured the servicing, however, Blackshaws deny this is the case and are still sending the invoices. They refuse to reply to phone calls and emails to sort it out.
