Back again!

We've had a couple of people recently ask how we do our wood pigeon. We pan sear the breast in fresh thyme and garlic oil and finish it with a touch of butter and rest it.

Incredible wild sea bass from the @lakedistrictlobster company with
Cauliflower puree and gratin, parmesan and clam emulsion, duck fat confit potatoes, kale and parmesan tuille.

Cod loin special from a couple of weeks ago! We have got some exceptional quality line caught wild sea bass for you all this week!!
What a treat!

If anyone is going to the Ulverston and North Lonsdale show today our head chef mark is doing a demonstration at 1pm he is doing a couple of dishes from the menu.
But don't worry the kitchen is open as usual!

Thyme roasted pork tenderloin with gin braised rainbow chard, chorizo and garlic potato croquettes, carrot puree and sweet onion jus!
