We Used To Come Here When We Stayed At Cober Hill Residential Centre For Drinks & Social Talk,But We Did Stay Here One Weekend When Yorkshire CCC Were Playing At Scarborough,We Had A Great Time Here The Meals,The Service And Staff Were Very Helpful,The Rooms Where Clean&Tidy, I Would Recommend This Country Inn To Anyone Who O Likes Staying At Country Inns.👍

Excellent feel to this pub. Very homely feel about it, well run, the evening meal was outstanding and made the best evening on our walking trip down the Yorkshire coast.

Had a fantastic meal there last night before travelling back to Oxford. Not only was the food top quality but the service was warm and friendly. Would definitely eat there again.

Spent the weekend here an couldn't have been made more welcome. What a lovely place. The food was lovely as was the room. The staff were great if you needed anything all you had to do was ask nothing was to much trouble.

Very good, haddock special excellent, gammon very good huge portion with pineapple and egg, only comment homemade chips would have been lovley. Fabulous young waitress, lovely and helpful with a smile.

Excellent food and a wide ranging menu. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very popular so you may need to book ahead. Nice atmosphere and authentic vintage decor. Apparently the Queen ate here.
