Blackstar Tattoo Studio Description
Blackstar Tattoo Studio offers expert custom tattooing and piercings to a very high standard.
With over 30 years combined experience in the industry you can rely on our artists to give you the best possible advice whether you are already heavily inked or looking to get your first tattoo. All our artists have served full apprenticeships (between 3 and 5 years) and are all fully compliant to health regulations and certified with the local health authority.
We offer all styles from Japanese to old skool and everything in between as well as custom designs and cover ups.
As well as tattooing, we also have a fully qualified and licenced piercer in the studio who is always willing to give the very best advice to all of you who are thinking of undergoing body modification.
We have a minimum charge of £40 and have a £60 hourly charge.
Remember UK law states YOU MUST BE 18YO or over to be tattooed. We DO NOT and WILL NOT tattoo anyone under the age of 18YO under ANY circumstances so dont waste our time or yours.

Just to let you guys know the studio WILL be open from lunchtime on Christmas Eve. Vouchers are still available for all of you looking for those last minute gifts. It’s with regret that I have to announce that my good friend and colleague Phil will be leaving the area after Christmas. I cannot put into words what he has done for myself and Blackstar and he will be sorely missed. It goes without saying that anyone who has unfinished work by Phil should be thinking about getting in ASAP to be finished off. As one chapter closes another one begins so stay tuned for announcements and I personally would like to convey my heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Phil and I wish him all the luck for the future.
