Would thoroughly recommend. This is great for building the children’s confidence, encourages listening skills and helps teach how to fall safely. My son is only 4 and the instructors are so patient but also look to help, correct and encourage.

Really friendly club with great instructors. No matter what your age- you will be made to feel very welcome and make new friends whilst learning martial arts. What more could u want!

Have trained there for about 6/7 years now and have loved every minute. I would say this club provides a sport with little pressure, lots of encouragement, and a family-orientated atmosphere. From the age 11, the instructors have helped me grow my confidence, fitness, and have provided me with stress relief over exam periods in my life. Strongly recommend for anybody who wishes to try something for themselves, to grow themselves, to have quality time with friends and family, and achieve something amazing. The proof is in the pudding - and this shows with the well over 100 members in this club and counting, as well as the few but growing number of those who are achieving blacks belt in various martial arts, including myself x

Great martial arts academy. Instructors are friendly, patient and professional. Classes are a mixture of all ages and ability and you are made very welcome on your arrival. My son and I started middle of may and have just gained our first belt in Grav Maga. Got to say I was a bit worried about my age and fitness level but these fears were quickly quashed. Best decision I ever made.

Family friendly and no expectations of fitness or ability,...my children and I look forward our weekly sessions,...all the instructors are helpful and make sessions, fun and motivating .
