Great fun, yet disciplined environment. My daughter was shy and not very confident. She cried and didn't want to stay on her first visit. With the support of the great team of coaches, she has gone on to become the Student of the Year and representing Blackwell Academy Woodbridge as part of their competition squad. The change in her has been amazing.

Been training in Krav Maga for the past year and a half, really enjoy it, just received my Green Belt today, not bad for 64 years old !
