Blackwell Adventure

On Saturday we hosted a West Mercia Girl Guiding event where 1500 girls came together to try our activities such as the 3G Swing, Fan Descender and Climbing. They also bought in a fun fair and lots of bouncy castles finishing off with a concert in the Park.
At the same time we also hosted Walsall North District scouts who also took part in a range of our activities as well as lots of bouncy castles.
Well done to all the organisers for two great events.

LOCAL RESIDENTS. Just to let you know we have a busy weekend at Blackwell Court. There will be numerous coaches arriving on Saturday around lunchtime and collecting again around 8-10pm. There will be music throughout Saturday but we promise this will be turned off at the latest 10pm. With nearly 2000 people on site so we will be extremely busy and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. #notetolocalresidents

We had a fantastic week at Blackwell end of July . Our Scouts and leaders would like to thank all the staff and instructors for their hard work , patience and dedication. The weather was a bit rubbish but we still did every activity we had booked, and lucky for us the sun actually came out when we went in the swimming pool ! The activities on offer here are brilliant. Special thanks to the 7-8 crew members that helped one of our leaders push his car up and down the car park to try to get the engine started .

Thanks to you all for a fantastic and brilliant fun day. All the staff worked so hard today. And the day was excellent.

Thank you to all staff and squirrels at Blackwell adventure, yet again we all old and young had an amazing weekend, we recommend it to everyone. Just have to have a DBS done first.

Never have I been so impressed with a campsite! Always helpful, clean, tidy and we'll priced. Our cubs have camped here a few times now and always want to come back. Thanks for making dudley district camp an awesome one!

Love this place so much. Standards are so high. The equipment is immaculate. The customer service is beyond outstanding. Best scout site I have been to in 21 years, well done you fabulous team!!

Just got back from a weekend stay at pikes pool and a day of activities at blackwell court!!! There was 60 of us staying and non of us can fault a thing about the weekend at all!! Activities and staff were brilliantly organised and so well mannered and friendly! 60 people have made many memories they will never forget here thank you all so much!

Had a fantastic day yesterday (1st October) with 2nd Walsall Wood Brownies/Guides, and 1st Clayhanger (Holy Trinity) Brownies at West Mercia Brownie Outdoor Day and Guide Outdoor Day. Despite the appalling weather we had great fun. The Brownies did activities organised by West Mercia's superb Outdoor Team - dragon themed crafts, dragon skills - cooking popcorn over hot coals, building a 3-D fire breathing Dragon, trying Tae Kwon Do, Dragon Dancing and searching for lost dragon eggs in beautiful woodland. The Guides on the other hand made full use of the activities on offer at Blackwell Court - crate stacking, orienteering, Grass sledging, Archery, Climbing, Zip Wire, Multi Scramble, High All Aboard and 3G Swing. A great choice of challenging activities to choose from. We came home cold, wet and covered in mud but that's what Guiding is all about - having fun. Another days worth of memories for Girls and Leaders. We all left with smiles on our faces.

Fantastic place for camping with scouts with plenty of activities to do on site. Facilities where excellent and clean highly recommend it for camping �

Fabulous birthday party for my 8 yr old! Tree trek and outdoor climbing wall, kids thoroughly enjoyed it and instructors were amazing!!

Brilliant site, have just held a large District camp with over 240 Dudley District Cubs and Beavers traveling to Australia for the weekend to our Minijam. The staff and crew couldn't be more helpful - even allowed us to fly an Aussie flag from the main pole for the weekend! Have stayed here many times as a section, a group and as a District & would fully recommend it to others.
