Blackwell'S Bookshop

A simple bookstore with a nice cafe inside to chill, relax and enjoy your time reading best seller hits.

Really lovely shop to just browse in ( before you then have to stop yourself buying more books than you can carry 🤣). Particularly liked the big selection of employee recommendations. This is a great way to read something I may not have chosen before.

The bookstore didn't have either of two books that I wanted. However, the coffee shop made a very nice dry cappuccino. And the carrot cake was "okay".

This is an interesting combination of bookshop and coffee bar at the rear. The bookshop was smaller than expected but there was a seating area in the coffee area. There is free wi-fi available.

Not very cozy (until they get another cafe operating at least) but a good selection of books for a small store.

Great bookshop with helpful staff. Big business section downstairs and usually a good 3 for 2 selection of bestsellers. They also have quite a few author events here.
