We had two clock wood fires fitted one with our own surround and one which Paul recommended the Hexham, we are truly delighted with them both, a great service we revived by Paul and his team, they came and fitted both and was very professional,very clean, we also had Paul back to take them out so we could tile behind them and be refitted and cleaned nothing was to much trouble, both professional and cost effective as we had other prices and he was both.

Straight talking and honesty, I’d recommend all day everyday �

Had Ours 2 years know and its brilliant Paul his a really nice guy I don`t often recommend stuff to people but I have with Blackwood stoves and Paul and all his staff (even tho he can be a little bit forgetful)
