Suite lovely ( though we did get moved as first one was on ground floor by bar & lift and also looked onto a brick wall ended up on 5th floor with views ) service a bit slow at check in but staff were very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. We will be back next year.

My boyfriend & I have got home after a couple of wonderful days at this fantastic hotel. We have been staying there annually for the last 12 years. The staff are always helpful & friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious & comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a suite & wow what a room, we didn't want to leave!! Over the years we have been staying there the hotel has been continuously upgrading its facilities, but with little or no disruption to our visits & we are looking forward to seeing the new bar/restaurant area when we visit again next year. Can't recommend this hotel enough, we love it there �

Me and my partner stayed here Tuesday night as we were visiting the Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park. Upon arrival the staff at reception were lovely, had a chat with us and gave us loads of useful information. Our room was beautiful, lovely and clean too plus we had been upgraded! We had a drink in the bar on the night and the bar staff were polite and friendly. We would definitely stay here again! Lovely place! �����

Greeted excellent , we were upgraded as we were staying there for two nights , room excellent, clean, staff on bar were excellent. And the lady who greeted us at breakfast I'm not sure if she was Italian was brilliant pure credit to your company

Excellent is beyond words. Absolutely superb hotel with two tube stations a 5 minute walk and Hyde Park 5 minute stroll.



The staff are amazing and a credit to the hotel.



Only criticism is the door stop in the middle of the floor. I smashed my foot into it during the night.

A really nice hotel with a great room with aircondition. Very calm hotell. The personell was very nice. The breakfast (continental) was wonderful. Me and my son loved it here so we will definately be back again. Extra plus, the hotell is very near buses and underground stations.

Went for High Tea...every one was so nice and thoughtful. It was my first time having High Tea and they took time to explain everything...food was tasty and the glass of champagne a great addition! We had the chance to sit on the outside terrace (great weather) and had an amazing time.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was comfortable and cosy with a elegant air. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. In a very good location with easy access to the tube, near Hyde park. We would definitely return.

We have had a lovely stay at the hotel, staff very friendly,room we had ( disabled access) was large, modern, clean & comfortable. Breakfast we had selected was continental & plenty of choice - breakfast room lovely & female concierge allocating seating & organising staff very pleasant, helpful & organised. I will use this hotel again. It's off the Bayswater Rd, next to Hyde park but one street down, so it's in a quiet area. Ensure you get the bus information for attractions from the concierge who is very helpful as it's easy to get to the centra of things this way as bus stop at end of street. If disabled person travelling as I did we used UBER - we gave NO negative comments on any of our drivers or the prices they charge in comparison to the Black Hackney cabs- which are way too expensive- thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, nice products in the bathroom, superb shower and a very good breakfast. So easy to get to everything by tube too.

This is a lovely reasonably priced hotel. Quite area about 10 mibute walk from nearest underground station. Staff are helpful and polite. Room was very clean and spacious. Lots of storage space, in fact enough drawers and cupboards to stay for a week. Our room was a twin room at the end of the corridor. I would have given 5* if the breakfast was better. I can't comment on the bacon or sausage as we are vegetarian but the scrambled egg was tasteless as were the mushrooms. In fact I have never tasted (or not tasted depending on your perspective) such awful egg or mushroom. We ended up eating a continental breakfast.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, good location. Only let down was the breakfast. Poorly organised, no cutlery or cups, when the one spoon they could find came for my cereal they only had a teaspoon which would be fine, however it was covered in hard egg and no one would want to put that in their mouth. Still would not stop me using the hotel. Just avoid the restaurant.

Just back from a few nights away. The only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is the fact there is only 1 lift and sometimes it can take forever for it to come and take you to your floor.

Stayed in room 513...rooms are nice with everything you need and the staff that we encountered were polite at all times. See you next year

So disappointed with my stay this time, last time was easily a 4/5. I booked a club double room for a lovely weekend away child free for my partners birthday only to be given a disabled access room on the ground floor with disabled facilities. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and trying to use a sink that is below my knees is less than ideal and a toilet with supporting rails. Following a complaint it seemed nothing could be done as the hotel was fully booked, no alternatives/discount was offered to try and make my stay better also no managers available to speak to at the hotel. so I've sent the management team a complaint email this morning requesting a full refund... yet to be replied to.

Not sure I'd return again. Think another hotel would have been a better choice this time round and less stressful.

Nicely appointed hotel on a reasonably quiet street. Room was small by North American standards but most European hotel rooms seem to be. Furnishings and decor were new and decent quality, bed was comfortable. My only two issues had to do with house keeping. When I first checked in to my room it had only just been cleaned and made ready. The cleaners did an adequate job but used some sort of freshener spray to give the room a pleasant aroma. However so much of it was used, including having been sprayed over the bedding, that I had to open the window to clear as much of it out as I could. If you have allergies or are sensitive to artificial scents this would be problematic. Also, my last morning, the sun was shining in through the window and it picked up the very subtle imprint of hand marks on the head board. While I'm sure whoever left them had an exciting stay in the room a simple wipe down of the headboard would have saved me from the mental image of what went on in the bed previously. Only other little note for North American visitors, many European hotels, this one included, have implemented a cost savings device in rooms that requires your room key to be put in a slot for the electrics to work. I was unfamiliar with this so had to ask why nothing in the room worked. Staff could have mentioned it at check in or some kind of information could be in the room to explain it.

Hotel is lovely but we are really disappointed with the wi fi The connection is terrible. Shouldn't advertise free wi fi if it doesn't work properly. Continental breakfast does not include warm food such as eggs, bacon which other hotels do include. They also don't specify this when booking only when you arrive to check in. So there is someone standing at the breakfast room door letting people know when they go to breakfast.

Great location. Hotel was undergoing renovations which I was not informed about before my stay. Customer service wasn’t brilliant. Rooms were ok. We had no hot water and then no water at all. Breakfast was cold. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t stay again. We did complain and got a 15% refund.

This is the worst 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. We have booked the room 2 months ago and specifically asked for a bathtub. On the first day we checked in and tried to enjoy a hot bath and it turned out the bathtub didn’t work. The plug was missing. We asked for the help and the manager on duty named Nigel said there was absolutely nothing he could do for us, except some meaningless and useless apology. What kind of 4 star hotel will provide such lousy service to their customers? Our vacation was completely ruined because of this terrible service. Checking into this hotel? You should think again! For the price we paid we deserved something better than this!
