With over 30 years experience of helping people achieve a happier, healthier and fitter lifestyle, Blast Off Events is led by qualified Mental Health & Exercise coach David Baird. From the pop-up gym at the old Dorchester Prison, Blast Off PT offers a variety of group sessions for all ages and abilities, plus personal training and support. Prior to launching the Blast Off PT gym, the Blast Off Events team successfully ran the award winning Obstacle Course Run series, Rocket Race.
