We do love a deluxe trim Baywindow! Time to start the rebuild.

Finished job, owner uses this bus properly! Even takes it off road so the dents stayed as it’ll only get more...

Extra work done, side areas sanded and prepped. Small dents removed and high built primed.

Saturday paint day.

All repairs completed.

Primer time!

New panels adjusted ready for welding, primed and painted.

Still chopping out the rot and fabricating panels.

Late night finishing her off

Side tinware and firewall powder coated, engine installed and towbar fitted! We used a genuine Vw trekker 181 tow bar setup. Some minor paintwork and wiring to finish then it’s ready to leave.

Rear firewall sections made up, just need some pressings and fastenings put in.

New engine and support frame going in!

Just the front lower windscreen and the safari backers then that’s the welding done! Phew

Recently repaired the rear lower quarter panel and repairs to chassis leg and the engine bay following a collision with a small wall. Was very happy with the repair, and the communication through the repair process was also very good too. Without doubt will be using them again. Thanks very much!
