BLC Property Services provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to domestic and commercial customers throughout Greater London, Surrey and surrounding areas using any one of our fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs).

Gas Saefty Certificates (CP12) For £45

Property Inventories form £69
BLC property Services will take the pressure of letting your property away from you. Upon ‘Check-in’ we list the appliances and furnishings as well as the general condition of the property, thus setting the standard for which the property should be maintained and returned. Meter readings are noted and over 100 photographs are taken to guarantee accuracy. We leave no stone unturned.
