We are on a mission to provide professional, affordable, high quality hands on advanced training in sports and clinical massage & fascial bodywork. Let us help you develop the skills you need to excel at your practice and be at the forefront of your field.

We understand that continued training is vital, yet costly. Between course fees, travel and accommodation, and lost clinic time it can be difficult to manage the high quality CPD you want to do.
With this mind, Blend goes the extra mile in helping people access their training without breaking the bank.

Our attention to detail includes:
Reasonably priced training. Our courses are between just £99 and £120 per day.
We have 10am starts on day 1 and 4pm finishes on the last day of 2-3 day courses to allow travellers time to arrive and relax, and get home at a reasonable time, and so reduce accommodation costs.
Free onsite or on road parking at all of our venues.
Breakfast, refreshments and snacks available throughout the day
Student introductions for the sharing of accommodation to save costs. Many of our current students at both Liverpool and Lancaster are also happy to help people out if they need a place to stay.

On our courses you will learn a unique BLEND of advanced techniques that have been put together in such a way as to create beautiful yet efficient, effortless yet powerful bodywork :

Every ABC course includes:

Postural and movement assessment
Sports and Deep Tissue Massage
Hands Free techniques
Direct and Indirect Fascial bodywork, (think MFR, CST, Rolfing, Hellerwork)
Cranial Work
Trigger Point Therapy
Sports Stretching
Myofascial Movement Education and more.

All workshops include a manual and all materials necessary, refreshments and snacks, and you will receive a certificate of attendance.

Workshops are held in Liverpool at the beautiful Ullet Rd Eco Offices, an amazing carbon neutral building near stunning Sefton Park. Close to shops, restaurants and parks, with good public transport links, the peaceful surroundings offer the perfect venue for growth and learning.
Lancaster courses are run at several equally beautiful and serene spaces near to the city centre and transport links, with free onsite or on road parking nearby.

We also run a range of beginners workshops to help you look after yourself and you family's health.
