Blendini Maidstone

This place has been a love of mine for over 5 years now and today was no exception. Milkshakes always amazing and perfect when they have whipped cream in stock to go on top which is like no other.

A great variety of combo milkshakes so i often have different ones though oreo cookies is always my favorite.

I am in Maidstone ever such a lot so i always include a visit to Blendini on my agenda when i am there.

The only way it could be improved would be for the business to expand and open up a place in Folkestone (my town of residence) we have cafes here that sell milkshakes but none of them even compare.

Took my daughter and her friend for milkshakes, they were fine. I had a coffee frappe. OMG it was awfull. Now me and coffee have an affinity. I love coffee in all it's forms. This was without doubt the worst product ever to claim to contain coffee that has ever passed my lips. I took it back and the young lady offered to make another. Big mistake as something that I didn't think could get any worse certainly did. I don't profess to know the ingredients to a frappe but surely it's more than an espresso and a ton of ice. Even MacDonalds rather feeble attempts at this drink are better than the blendini version. £3.40 in the bin makes all the coffee chains look good value, at least what they produce is drinkable and cheaper.

Milkshake was fine but I never realised people could be so rude my sister and her baby sat on a chair out the front while I was waiting for my drink and was being stared at by the two members of staff working I literally had to say sorry guys but that's my sister why are you staring and then the bloke turns around and starts swearing under his breath sorry but this is not good customer service !!!

I went to this store recently and I had an accident and when I asked the staff for the bosses number and/or email they gave me the wrong email and said they cant give me his number I even asked for the accident book and they also said they don't have one and all they did was sniggered at us
