its only the second time I have been, both times going to a concert at the Arena, so we have had a meal in there, the meals are very enjoyable and well presented, and the staff are very friendly and caring, we will definately come again thank you

Visited today decent prices good beer and really nice fish and chips

Very cosy atmosphere during the day and lively at night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only downside is it appears they only hire models. Will be visiting again.

This is such a cool bar. The bartenders are professional and fun, especially Danny. It was busy when we went, so a great atmosphere but we were lucky and got a seat. Music was really upbeat, getting us right in the mood for a big night (we went there straight from the train). Good value drinks and a good selection too

This is a great bar on a Saturday night & serve food quick & tasty on a quiet weekday afternoon.

The bar staff are great & there's a brilliant atmosphere at the weekend.

My first time in Newcastle & I wasn't disappointed and this was one of favourite's during my stay in Newcastle ( a great city!)

Really nice clean bar x bit pricey but worth it for the clean environment! One of the better bars on the scene!

Really enjoyed the food fast service and the staff were fab always eat there when we go to the arena

Popped in for breakfast again this year while in Newcastle for the Super League Magic Weekend. Good breakfast at a reasonable price, very friendly staff and plenty of space. Clean and tidy too.

Popped in 4 light lunch b4 going to nearby roller disco. Decided on poached egg on toast. Came and we're poached 2 perfection! Only thing I would say is disappointed that when asking for diet pepsi or coke the girl said they didn't have either. What they had was diet but was more like "rola cola" - her words not mine! I think they need 2 upgrade in that area. Otherwise pleasant lunch. Oh other thing - suggest moving toilet roll holders in ladies Lois. Not ideal on the wall behind u when u sit down about 12" above you!

Jamie is fantastic completely looked after us from the moment we stepped foot into the bar until we left highly recommend based completely on service amazing!

Great service by excellent staff and when the food came it was fabulous large portions piping hot. Would definitely recommend this place to all my family & friends. Can't wait to return

Great place to eat, and pre-drink before going out. Food is cheap and tasty and the expresso martini was great. My girlfriend got the strawberry dackery and the venue was packed before going to see blink 182 at metro radio arena. They have nice disco balls and music too which picks up the mood and atmosphere before heading off out.

Found this pub yesterday when we were looking for somewhere for food near the arena, wasn’t sure what to expect but we noticed quite a few people were eating there.....I can honestly say the food was lovely & definitely value for money & the staff were all really friendly & polite. We’ll definitely call here again next time we’re going to a gig. �

Absolutely great place staff so friendly and welcoming couldnt fault it went here for drinks before the steps concert yesterday and i had a great time. Will make this my regular when in and around newcastle :) keep up the great work guys

Bad service for a day that should potentially be busy it was less busy than any normal tea time in a pub, ordered 3 sandwiches and took 1 hour 10 minutes. Fish fingers were that hard it cut the roof of my mouth and the fish was missing along with the Tatar sauce and the bread was cheap everyday loaf. Coke was Rola cola. I watched several people complain and ask for money back as they were bewildered at how a menu of mainly sandwiches took 50 minutes to and hour and 10
