Went for afternoon tea recently and I am a massive fan of afternoon tea and have been to various places and always loved it however the verdant has been by far the best, so tasty sandwich selection was great, not to mention the delicious cakes, staff were excellent, great customer service would highly recommend

We had a gin tasting night lastnight at the Verdant and we all absoultely loved it, the bartender was fab and we could drink the gin at our own pace, lovely atmosphere inside and the decor is gorgeous. £23 for 6 gins too- bargin! ��

Valentine's Day Meal and the food was absolutely exceptional, presentation was flawless and the taste, flavours and quality was first class.

Hubby and I had never tried this before and this is our favourite place of all on Allerton Road. The Chef is amazing. The service and Staff where also attentive and wonderful especially Jay and Becky who had us laughing and joking all night. 10/10 Thank you so much and see you soon. This is the second time I have been to verdant and again I was extremely impressed with the decor, the food and the atmosphere. It truly is a lovely place.

Only had drinks, but it is absolutely beautiful inside, drinks were lovely and well priced. Gorgeous place, can't wait to try the food! Service was great, very professional.

It was the first time that any of our party of 14 had been to Verdant and we were all extremely impressed . Beautiful decor , warm welcome , friendly staff , excellent service, fabulous menu with great choice and prices and amazingly delicious food with detail to presentation . We would all highly recommend Verdant and we will definitely eating there again .

I went to this lovely restaurant on Sunday 30/04/17 with my family and I can honestly say the food and service was excellent. The little touches like putting white gloves on to serve the food was lovely. I don't normally leave comments to say how good or bad the food is at a restaurant but I felt that I couldn't pass up the opportunity to sing the praises of Verdant. I will definitely be back.

I took my friend here for the gin tasting experience on Saturday and we had a fantastic time. Out waiter was passionate about gin knowing where they came from, what ingredients were used and the best tonics and fruits to compliment each one. I chose the gold package where you get 6 gins and a bread board, we were both so impressed we are going to book the diamond gin tasting next time! The venue is lovely very well decoration and has an overall really good ambience about it, we can't wait to return

Had a fabulous meal tonight, I have been waiting to go since opening and lived up to my expectation. I had the sword fish - not my normal choice as so often over cooked but have to say this dish was a fantastic complete dish!!! The staff was so lovely too - can't wait to go back !!!

Celebrated our 30th wedding Anniversary here on 12th May. There was 35 of us and It was fantastic the staff can’t do enough for you .

The food was so good . Everyone’s starter came out together and then main together no one was left waiting and it was hot.... All our guests commented on the food and said they will be going back.

Oh and they all loved the choice of gin cocktails from the bar 😂👍

Been here many times food as always excellent service spot on , what is great about this place is the atmosphere would highly recommend . Gin menu is great too so many varieties.
