Bloomfield Executive Cars

Almost drove away before we could get to the taxi then couldn't find the hospital even with Satnav. Made poor excuses, no apology and overcharged.

I have been the fortunate recipient of attentive and safe service from Bloomfield Cars for about ten years. I feel like part of the family. The reliability of service and safety I feel, as a woman, with Bloomfield Cars is something I have not experienced with other providers. They go out of their way to assist their customers, however short the journey may be. Personal customer care is what they do best. Very hard to find these days!

Fabulous service! We were let down by a local car company, I called Bloomfields and they were there in 10mins with suitable child car seats. Traveling can be stressful with two toddlers but the driver was exceptionally helpful and made the journey a calm and pleasant one. We will definitely be using them again.

Outstanding service. We were first time customers, and needed a cab from Ealing to Heathrow, all of the local minicabs were hopeless and I decided to try Bloomfield cars. It was so easy to book! The driver was on time and super friendly, the car was very comfortable and the the price was great! Next time we fly to London we will be using Bloomfield cars!

A reliable company with a great owner who always goes the extra mile (pardon the punt ;)). I have used other firms and there is a severe lack of customer service. I've been using Bloomfield Executive cars for over 10 years solely for the service and prices. in 10 years i have had just 2 late arrivals of booked cars and ALWAYS a lovely car and professionally dressed driver. they give me peace of mind hence why i opened an account and make sure my kids only use Bloomfield executive cars I KNOW THEY ARE ALWAYS SAFE AND SOUND and my kids know one call and the car will be there as promised. Met the owner a few times and found him to be entirely customer focused unlike many other operators. Keep up the GREAT work guys
