Please be responsible and cancel any appointments you no longer need so they can be used by others. Patients are at risk of being removed from this surgery for not cancelling their appointments.

89 people failed to cancel their appointments last week, so these couldn't be allocated to other patients and were therefore wasted. If you no longer need your appointment please inform us asap so the appointment can be given to someone else. Patients are at risk of being removed from the surgery if they continue to fail to cancel appointments they no longer need. To date 98 people have been removed from the surgery due to their continued failure to cancel unwanted appointments.
