I can offer support whether the Mum is having first, second, or subsequence pregnancies, has a partner, or is going it alone, a hospital, or home birth, breast, or bottle feeding, wanting a drug free, or all that is on offer labour.

What will I do as your Birth Doula?
Be a good listener
Be on call 24 /7 two weeks before your due date, & two weeks after
Help support your birth plan, & make sure others are aware of it.
Visit you twice before your baby is born (or more if you feel you need it)
Be in attendance throughout your established labour, & stay for a little while after the birth.
Visit you after the birth at home.
Offer information to any question you may have about pregnancy, birth, & babies
Generally to 'Mother the mother'
