Blossom Dental Care, situated on Blossom Street, York was created to deliver dentistry of the highest quality in a personalised and friendly atmosphere

Terms & Conditions for competitions held:

1. Not all treatments advertised will be suitable for every patient therefore a full patient assessment will be carried out prior to any treatment

2. Before any treatment takes place we will obtain consent, a full medical history and give you the different options available (if applicable)

3. You may offer your prize to a family member /friend but they must be over the age of 18 years

4. If you are unsuitable for the treatment, we will allow you to offer a family member /friend to use the offer on your behalf, again they must be over the age of 18 years

5. Should the treatment be unsuitable on occasions we will offer an alternative

6. We require before and after photographs which can be used on our website and social media sites

7. Competitions are not open to staff members /friends & family of staff members

8. The offer will be withdrawn should any competition winners be found to be rude or abusive to our staff members during any visits to the practice or via the telephone

9. We will endeavor to arrange an appointment day and time to suit yourself however on occasions we may need to specify the appointment days dependent on the type of treatment

10. Appointment times will be during the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday only
