Blossoming Bumps Description
Blossoming Bumps Birth Preparation classes use gentle breathing techniques, yoga based movements and relaxation to give mums the knowledge and tools needed to allow them a positive birthing experience. Classes will leave mums feeling prepared both physically and emotionally for the amazing journey ahead.
Classes are aimed at all mums to be, whether it be their first baby or their 5th! Classes run weekly over a 6 week period with a different educational focus each week. This allows mums to practice the techniques learnt and to subsequently really build that muscle and mind memory ready for the big day.

🌺 Blossoming Bumps Christmas Coffee Morning 🌺 Thursday 14th December at Findon Garden Centre 🌺 For any mums that have attended, are attending or are interested in attending classes. 🌺 Coffee & cake for us grown ups, soft play for the little ones and hopefully I can get some cuddles with the newbie babies 😍😍 🌺Let me know if you are able to make it 👍😘

Just finished the blossoming bumps classes. Thoroughly recommend for new and experienced mums. I am a second time mum to be and learnt so much more about breathing and relaxation during labour. Vicki is a fab teacher too!
I have just finished the first term and I am so pleased that I went, given me more knowledge and understanding of relaxation, breathing and birth preparation! Vicki is an amazing teacher. Highly recommend her classes
