Well I can not speak for other customers but I thought the hairstylist who worked on my hair was very good he was called Leyton I hope I have got the spelling correct. This was in the Warrington store I did ask him after he styled my hair how I could recreate the style and he was very nice and chatty. I will be visiting this salon again. Thanks Leyton.

I went to the St.Helens Salon this afternoon feeling totally drained & fed up but left feeling absolutely amazing! Staff there are lovely. I went for my hair cut but came out with a colour, restyle, shellac nails & waxed eyebrows all for the price I usually pay just for a colour at my usual hairdressers. Staff are helpful, professional & 100% honest about what will/wont suit. Will be going there permanently from now on!!

I went to Asda/Hunts Cross yesterday . I have not been happy with either my cut or colour for some time. I saw Stacey who was fantastic. I am an older lady who neither wants to look like mutton dressed as lamb or an old lady. Stacey talked me through my options and did not patronise me as has happened in some other salons. RESULT. I have now embraced my grey with an on trend silver and have an on trend style.I feel ten years younger and will definitely become a regular.I would not hesitate to recommend this Salon and Stacey in particular. Whatever you are paying her it is not enough

I have taken my 15 year old daughter to the Warrington salon she loved the whole experience are appointment was running a bit late but that didn't bother us as we was watching the lady cut the hair of the client that was running over time she had colours cut n curly blow dry n her hair looked amazing... whilst my daughter was having her hair cut 2 other ladies came in for a cut and the guy cut the ladies hair I was amazed myself of the difference of the before and after and the ladies was very happy with their experience too.... my daughters was amazed with the transformation from when she walked into the salon and walking out she never stopped smiling the rest of the day n touching her hair saying how much she loved her hair ... she walked into the salon a 15 year old teenager and walked out a beautiful young lady Thankyou very much you guys at team warrington we definitely will be coming back пҝҪпҝҪпҝҪ

I had ruined my hair with a grey box dye - it was patchy, blue, dull and dry. To top it off, I also had a perforated eardrum. Leah/Leanne (IвҖҷm deaf currently so didnвҖҷt hear very well hahahaha!) at hunts cross gave me an amazing transformation back to blonde! She was so attentive ensuring she didnвҖҷt get my ear wet or touch it during styling. This ladies a gem!! Thank you so much! X

I arrived at the salon at 9 for a colour and a curly blow however there had been a mix up with my appointment. I was ready to be disappointed and turned away but Lewis (I think that was his name sorry if it isn't!) was able to do it for me anyway and was great! He talked me through all the colours and my options and the final result was beautiful. I went to a wedding and everyone was commenting on my hair, thank you and I will definitely be back! Xx

I always go to the St Helens salon for my hair appointments whether it's a cut and blow or hairup,nothing is ever to much trouble the staff are so nice and always listen to what you want,I've never had a bad experience as I have in other salons I have visited,I've just had shellac nails done for the first time by a lovely gentleman called Jordan and I'm over the moon with them can't recommend enough,big thank to all at blow пҝҪ

Highly recommend Alex at the Warrington salon.....lovely guy, fab hairdresser, listens to what you want doing with your hair n has never disappointed.......definitely be goin back as a result......cheers Alex x

Have to say he's the best stylist I've been to in this area. After having a really bad experience in the past with another hairdresser I'am very particular and nervous about getting my hair cut.



So happy with my hair & colour, just love it. I will be back for sure.

Went to the Warrington salon the other week to have a dry cut as I have on numerous occasions. After a few days rang back as my fringe wasn't cut right and sides needed to tapered. Paid just on ВЈ18 for a dry cut the first time and charged ВЈ15 the second time for a tiny bit taken off, I may as well gone to Andrew Collinge for what I've been charged. Was so happy going there but after my last experience will be going elsewhere.

Well very unhappy paid to get shellac done on my hands on thursday afternoon its now sunday and I've been left with no choice but to take it off as its peeling in some areas

Wouldnt bother. Tried to book and appointment today via facebook. I"ve got 4 kids here today including a clingy 7m old who is crying so its more convenient to book this way than a phone call.

They replied within minutes stating to just go in then a second message stated but if I want an appointment I would need to ring up. I ask to clarify which is it (as obviously I don't want to go all the way down there and waste my time) and that I thought I was booking an appointment through the 'book now button? Unfortunately I've been ignored which is just plain rude.

I'm glad I havn't bothered going here as I've since read various awful reviews.

Went in to the warrington store, asked for a wash cut & blow. My hair was waist length and asked for a tidy up. My hair is now on my soulders! My layers are all messed up and not even straight an are even shorter and come up to my chin. I have been trying to sort something out for over 4 weeks now. Ive left messages, phone, emailed & even called into the shop and nothing has happened. No phone call or email back. Just ignored. Appauling customer service!!

REVIEW OF WARRINGTON.



Never ever have I ever been treated so badly. I had an appointment at 10am this morning. Even though the salon wasn't open until 11. Was calling the salon all morning to get hold of someone to ask why do I have an appointment at 10 when ta not even open yet?



I arrived in plenty of time to the salon (10am) to an empty closed salon. I called twice and also knocked on the door. I thought to myself I must of gotten it wrong.



Had to follow up. Even though the salon has my number. To me told they are not coming back to do my hair and my nans. I go on holiday today. Thanks.

My hair was left a mess after having it cut by Stephanie at Warrington Blow, it is the worst haircut I have ever seen. I have made a public post on my Facebook page with pictures of how it has been left and I would urge people to avoid this 'Salon'. Regis across from them have said they get a lot of people coming in to have their hair fixed after being ruined by Blow. The manager was rude to me after showing her my hair and would not offer a solution so I have been left paying for a full restyle which will have to be much shorter! disgusting service and they should not be trading.

My daughter is getting married tommorow she booked a appointment for the Hunts Cross salon for her nails and eyebrows when she arrived this morning she was told her appointment had been cancelled by the salon as the therapist was a new starter today and did not turn up for work!!!!! There was no one else to do her nails or eyebrows..... The salon could not call her to advise as due to data protection they are not a allowed to take phone numbers. Wot a load of rubbish..... THANKS FOR NOTHING !!! My daughter arrived home horrified that this had just happened and is now in the process on her wedding eve of ringing around the local salons for a appointment..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON EVER !!!!

Made an appointment at warrington branch specifically with Leyton as he had cut it last time and I was really pleased with it . When I arrived a young girl started doing my hair and Leyton was doing another clients hair . I've got home and had a good look at the back of my hair and it is shocking . It's supposed to be blended in but it looks like someone taken a hacksaw to it . I really don't know what I'm going to do with it but I definitely won't be going there again that's for sure

I went along with my 70 yr old mother to 'Blow' hairdressers, Golden Square warrington, for a dry trim today, to be told she would have a discounted price for a pensioner of ВЈ8.99 happy with that price, she agreed then sat down and proceeded to have her hair trimmed. The hairdresser only then took the very ends off her hair, not making any difference to her hair! still too long and untidy. I asked if she could trim it a bit more, then she replied that if she took more than an inch off she would have to pay again!!another ВЈ16 as it would be classed as a cut and blow??!! wtf?? even though her hair is cut dry and no water or dryer are used! ?? when I complained to the 'pretend manager' that we would not have sat down and let her trim her hair if we knew this beforehand, he blatantly lied to my face, saying my Mother was told before she started trimming her hair! I was dumbfounded at his arrogance and disrespect for my Mother who has not lost her marbles yet! and the fact that I was sat with my Mother at the time she started trimming her hair and afterwards. I was absolutely disgusted, my Mum was upset, and when I have asked other hairdressers about this idea of charging by the inch with a dry trim, they laughed thinking we were joking! they were so shocked, one other hairdressing company kindly trimmed her hair for free, knowing how upset she was by the lack of care and awful attitude of the so called manager at Blow warrington. Never again, we now realised why the shop was empty. I am reluctantly giving them 1 star even though i dont think they deserve that! i could give minus stars!
