Blu Bobbin Description
This business is, simply put, a dream come true. Founded in October 2014 by me, Debbie Lewis, from my home in Worcestershire that I share with my husband, 4 year old son and two cheeky cats!
My career path was in marketing, but at home I've always made things, sewn things, altered things. . . and been pretty crafty really. So after many years making for friends and family I took their advice and founded Blu Bobbin as my full time job in October 2014.
All products are individually designed and made from quality cotton and calico fabric. I have a keen interest in colour and texture, and like to blend modern and traditional patterns to produce contemporary pieces.
If you need inspiration, take a look at the photos of previous work. But remember all orders are custom-made so I can make any theme, any colour. Just ask!

So I've been a little quiet for a while on here... and that's because there are some changes ahead... In a couple of weeks I'll be going back to full time employment, so I'm going to be closing my order book so I can concentrate on my new adventure. Blu Bobbin is not necessarily going away forever, but I can't say how long for. So here's one last chance, if anyone was thinking of placing an order, you have until 8pm tomorrow.
