Blue Chip Leaders

Blue Chip Leaders worked with governments and international companies that were investing in their future talent pipeline by offering young people scholarships to study at universities across the UK. BCL worked with these organisations to design and deliver 1: 1 coaching and leadership training to those scholars during their undergraduate study, supporting them to hit the ground running when they returned to their professional roles on graduation.
