Blue Cross Southampton Rehoming Centre

As the colder weather approaches we are in need of some indoor clothes racks to dry bedding and other items.
If anyone had any spare that they are able to drop into the centre, we would very much appreciate it!

Tabby McTat is coming to The Berry Theatre in Hedge End, a heartwarming show based on the popular childrens book by Julia Donaldson.
They will be helping to promote responsible cat ownership, and have information of all the cats available at the centre in the foyer.

Blue Cross Week is nearly over.....
We have had an amazing week fundraising and would like to thank everyone who has supported us this week and helped us raise as much as possible towards our Blue Cross Week target.
We are currently fundraising at Heathside vets in Locks Heath at their open day and will be there until 4pm today if anyone is in the area and wants to come and say hello!

Come and see us this morning at the centre for a slice of cake and tea or coffee. We have indoor seating and also second hand dog coats for sale (needed in this weather!)
We are here 10am- 2pm 😁

Don't worry folks!! Almaz hasn't eaten all the cake....yet!! We have lots more at our coffee morning and cake sale this Saturday. Come and join us at our rehoming centre on Bubb Lane between 10am and 2pm. We have lots of lovely goodies for sale including doggy coats and jumpers plus our fantastic teddy tombola. Dogs on leads very welcome. We hope to see you there :)

Blue Cross Week is upon us!
We have lots on at the centre this week, and have transformed our reception area - we have a teddy tombola, craft items for sale, name a cat competition, guess the number of treats in the jar which can be taken part in all week.
We will also be at Pets at Home Hedge End on Friday 10-2 fundraising and have a cake and coffee morning here at the centre on Saturday 10-2 as well!

We are holding another microchipping clinic for cats and dogs next Tuesday 2nd October between 2-4pm

The lovely Oliver and Twist 🐾
These gorgeous puppies went up for homing yesterday and have already had a lot of interest. Have a read of their story below.

This gorgeous couple are Gin and Tonic!
They are a pair of lovely, friendly cats and love spending time with people. Gin is the most sociable and he will always let you know when he wants to be stroked! Tonic loves a fuss too, but she’ll come over when she is in the mood.
