This is Kane, he is older domestic long hair.
Kane is a laid back older chap who is looking for a retirement home to call him own. He was found wandering as a stray so we donโ€™t know a lot about his past. Since being at the centre Kane has shown himself to be a friendly and sociable cat who likes a comfy lap to settle on.
Kane has had a few medical issues since coming into the centre which may need ongoing care in his new home. The team will be happy to discuss this further....
Kane could live any age children following a meet here at the centre. Kane could potentially live with a well-mannered, experienced dog but would be best suited to a home without other cats.
If you think you could offer Kane the retirement home he is wishing for then please fill in a homefinder today.

This is Harvey, he is a 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier.
Harvey is a friendly, sociable chap who enjoys meeting people. Harvey is however looking to be homed with an individual person who lives on their own- He will surely be your best friend and enjoy sitting on your lap.
Harvey is looking for owners who can walk him in quiet traffic areas, as well as quiet dog populated areas, as these can both be overwhelming for him. He has been worried by children out on walks; therefor...e he is looking for nice, calm areas to walk with owners who can give him space when children are around.
Harvey is housetrained and is happy to be left for a few hours during the day.
If you think that Harvey could be the dog for you then please fill in a home finder form or come and have a chat to a member of the team.

โ€œUnderstanding and managing problem behaviours in dogsโ€
This talk gives an overview on the problem behaviours we see in pet dogs, with our main focus on aggression and types of aggression, whether it be reactivity or aggression to people or other dogs. The talk will be focused on helping you understand why your dog performs the behaviours, how we can prevent them and how we can manage and work with our dogs. Dog behaviour is a very complex subject and individual to every dog and owner. Meet Molly, a four and a half year old Jack Russell with bundles of energy and character.
Molly is always on the go so is looking for owners that have enough energy and time to match her needs. As well as physical exercise she benefits from being mentally stimulated too.
Molly has got a history of traffic chasing so she is looking for owners that are happy and able to walk in areas away from traffic. She is having training around this area too, so owners will need to be ...confident with continuing her training.
Molly could potentially live with school age children in her new home. She is looking to be the only pet in the home.

Hello there, Iโ€™m Maisie and Iโ€™ve stopped off here at blue cross until I find my forever home, which Iโ€™m really hoping will be soon.
I love to keep people company and here at the blue cross Iโ€™m really lapping up all the fuss Iโ€™m being given. As soon as I see a human I get excited because I just know Iโ€™m in for a good snuggle!
I have a lot of stories to tell so Iโ€™m looking for a family who are willing to listen to me and allow me to make more memories I can tell everyone about....
Ideally I need a family who are happy to work with me to get me to a healthier weight, keeping me active and encouraging this with play. Iโ€™m starting to get the hang of string toys so a little more practice and Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™ll start to show my youthful side.
If I sound like I could be a match for you, please fill out a rehoming application or get in contact with Suffolk Blue Cross Centre. I hope to meet my new humans soon!

๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿฐ Thank you to everyone for the brilliant support we received at our Easter Egg Hunt ๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿฐ
We raised an amazing total of ยฃ484.41 Over 80 children enjoyed hunting for clues in the sunshine on our woodland walk.๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
Thank-you to our wonderful team of volunteers who helped out on the day we could not have done this with out you.
... Thank-you to MSC Cargo and Direct Line Group offices in Ipswich for the huge donations of Easter eggs โ€“ without them we simply wouldnโ€™t be able to host the event. TBF Traffic for, as always, lending us the traffic cones to help manage our event area and St. Martins Church at Nacton for lending us additional seating for our visitors to sit down and enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake.
We would also like to thank Suffolk Ski Centre for kindly letting us have the use of their car park for our visitors to use during the event.

Say hello to Kane, the 7 year old, Old English Sheepdog.
As you can see Kane is handsome chap, but heโ€™s much more than just a pretty face.
Kane is a loving and affectionate dog who enjoys the company of people and will often lean in for fuss, when the mood strikes!
... Kane could live with school age children providing they are confident and comfortable around large, bouncy dogs and are able to give Kane space when he needs it.
Kane could potentially live with a cat, but would be happiest as the only dog in his new home.
If you are interested in rehoming Kane, please fill in a homefinder form today!

Hello we are Droptop and Flash.
We are looking to find our new home together. As you can see from our photos we like resting together and are good pals. We are both very playful so would love someone that would enjoy having fun play sessions with us.
... We are looking to be the only pets in the home but could live with school age children following a successful meet at the centre.
If you think you could offer us both a home please fill in a homefinder form.
