I usually have very good things to say about this company and would usually recommend them to all. However recently they attended a job for me and advised what needed completing. When I asked them to return they sent over a report for an issue which was completely different and still to this day the originally issue is not resolved. I spoke to two men over the course of two weeks until I heard absolutely nothing back. I have emailed and called on a daily basis and they have not even had the decency to acknowledge my communication with them. I will never use this company again despite previously having a great relationship with them.

Carried out an annual boiler service for me quickly and efficiently.

Friendly, helpful, and efficient. We had a major blockage in our drainage system, and the washing machine contents were thrown back up the kitchen sink, leading to a bucket-brigade panic to prevent the house from flooding. Chap had good communication letting me know exactly when he'd be here, and turned up promptly. During the unblocking, which I watched, he was also able to locate the source of a leak under the sink that had been exasperated by the blockage. It turned out that the previous "plumber" had used PTFE tape (that thin soft white stuff they wrap pipe joins with) to wrap an unused outlet and make it thicker, and had then just shoved a cap over it - unbelievable! No wonder it leaked! The chap quickly grabbed the necessary *proper* part from a merchant at the top of the road and fixed it properly. It's hard to find a tradesman who's going to fix the source of the problem, as opposed to just adding another bandage-solution on top. So great service, very friendly and professional, and will definitely be using again in future.

The coldest night of the year so far and my boiler decides not to work, i have 4 children the youngest being 7 months, Stuart from blue flame came out straight away, got it up and running in minutes he was very professional and with all children asleep very considerate and quiet.
We've had many problems with the boiler since it was installed by another company 2 years ago, after talking to Stuart this evening we will be now using blue flame to finish then works and service it regularly.
Very happy and relieved parents tonight.

A really professional company, who very promptly arranged for a boiler to be gas safety checked and also, serviced. I would highly recommend, especially as my local estate agent also uses this company. All documents were sent the very same day - and at a good price. Thank you.
