Some one said the shop has now been shut by rspca can anyone confirm this

Absolutely disgusting. Animals kept in cramped, horrible conditions. Rats are not meant to be kept in sawdust! Guinea pigs need space! All the animals were making noises of clear distress and trying to get out of the cages and that. Sick tortoise in front of shop and two frantic little birds clearly not happy in a tiny cage. Dead fish in the tanks! Clearly the animals are never handled and should not be sold to ignorant customers who know nothing about animals, all that will happen is they won't be able to handle how aggressive and un-handled they are and will get rid of them. Horrifying to visit and completely broke my heart. Need to be shut down, 100%

Hell hole. How is this place allowed to sell live animals/fish?.. I felt kind of relieved for the dead fish rotting in some of the tanks as they no longer have to live in such disgusting conditions. Dont even get me started on the old oxygen thief who occupies the front of shop. VILE !!

Phoned the shop to find out if he had a green budgie he said I am best coming to look well he works there and could not be bothered to check why should I drive there on the off chance he had one ask him how how much and he said he did not know what a joke shop is crap don't waste your time

this shop should be closed down fish died and floating up top of water told the old man but didnt do anything pets are not looked after at all

I've visited several times and will happily use them in the future. The two gentlemen offer advice and my children appreciate their knowledge

Dead fish in the tanks, overcrowded bird cages, rats kept alone and hamsters in sodden bedding, no animal seen with food or water. Appalling.

What an absolute s***hole the animals look nearly dead if they aren't already, terrible service from the b****** at the desk! Keep away from this disgusting place

Absolutely disgusting, place should be aloud to be open.
Worst place ever feel sorry for any animal kept even though their aren't many.
