Blue Line Trailers

after scouring lots of suppliers to obtain an obscure trailer wheel I called a t blue line Monday afternoon and said wheel was her by the Friday. the proprietor was kind enough to leave the wheel out in his yard so I could pick it up whilst passing on the Saturday.. excellent service!!

I have bought 6 of their 3.5 ton flat and beavertail trailers over the last 15 years, they have done heavy work and high mileages, (one is over 800,000 now) and obviously I have been pleased with them as I have gone back for more.

The best thing is that they are fully welded then galvanised afterwards, which means they don't go all floppy and rusty like the modular bolted together type.

They are helpful and will send spares out quickly.

Indeed, I have recommended them to other businesses who have been equally well served.

Bought a small box trailer with roller door only to discover that it is not waterproof. Essentially the door let's in water I contacted blue line assuming it was a faulty door only to be told that "it is what it is and trailers are only 90% waterproof " maybe I was foolish assuming it would be waterproof and have myself to blame as I didn't check but seems pointless building contained trailer that isn't waterproof,pleased with rest of trailer but lesson learned do not assume and customer service here leaves lot to be desired. What a shame.

Was contacted again and was offered refund or repair so watertight along with a discount for hassle which I decided to take. So was happy with overall service and trailer in the end

Ron and the team really know their stuff! We bought a replacement for our old faithful and now having it home wish we'd bought one years ago. The trailer has a gas strut assisted tailgate, loading bars and web straps all make our stock so much more secure. The tailgate lowers to a zero clearance and everything just wheels on and off so easily. Need a trailer - get one here!

Cannot rate the advice, guidance and help highly enough. Some years ago Ron and his team built us a one off 6 metre long special for our motorsport use. The trailer did all that was asked of it and more besides with no vices. Shame the same can't be said of the driver who towed it most of the time! Service and spares delivered quickly and cost effectively from lights to an axle - magic jumping curbs according to the driver! Sadly the trailer was destroyed in a freak accident where the hitch coupler on the tow vehicle broke away allowing the trailer a few seconds of freedom before it ended its working life with a vault into an adjacent field, a couple of end over end tumbles followed by a few barrel rolls. The point being for those reading this is that even after the worst of accidents the box itself albeit destroyed held together and prevented total loss of the vehicles within. I hope the same doesn't happen to your trailer but you might want to consider the not so pleasant side of life on the road when choosing which trailer supplier to want to use. If only they could build another!
