The website is great. Products are of good quality and value for money and they arrived quickly through the post. Their customer services were also really helpful and replied quickly to my question.

We have two boys and one wanted to get a snake because his mate has a corn snake and he loves going round and helping with it. At the same time our other son loves Geckos and has wanted one for a while now. A chat with the owners Unveiled a wealth of information and some very useful tips. They then proceeded to get some out for them to handle showing them the correct way to handle them. The visit was well worth it and I now have two very excited boys as this will be their Christmas present.

What a fantastic place this is warm welcoming and very friendly staff who cannot do enough for you and to allow you to handle the animals you are considering buying is just amazing I would definitely recommend you to anyone and thanks again for all your help and advice

They have terrible communication I have bought from there twice now and both times deliveries have been late as well as no phone call or email to say sorry it' on its way etc. I have had to chase them up about both deliveries and the most recent one which I'm still waiting for is expected today or tomorrow which isn't good enough as it says 1-3 days delivery not 1-5. I have now lost more days work which could of been sorted if there was better communication. Other than that prices are best I've seen but that problem needs sorting out as it seems to happen a lot.

This shop is amazing. Outstanding customer service, Jack & Rob were very helpful and picked out all the things I needed for my new snake! It didn't cost anywhere near as much as I thought and my little buddy is now all cosy in his new home :)

Bought my first cornsanke from here just over a year ago now and always come here for all my pet supplies! The the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, would highly recommend to anyone!

I've been using Blue Lizard now for over 4 years and would always recommend them to any of my friends. Very reasonable prices and excellent quality products. Any problems I have are always quickly rectified by their customer service team. Thank you! :-)

Abysmal customer service...AVOID!!! Took 10 days to send 3 bulbs about 30 miles to me and packed them in rolled up box side. No proper end caps, just a thin layer of tape. It arrived in a million pieces because of this. Not marked fragile, or "Glass" or anything at all. I immediately sent an email with several photo's. Two days later, no response at all and yet they're on facebook several times daily. My rare snakes have been without UVB light for nearly 2 weeks now. Appalling service from a so called reptile specialist.
