Blue mountain leisure developments was set up in 2004 by current owner lee Harrington to service the oil rig & interior fit out market in the UK. Lee has a construction background with over 21 years experience in pilings 'deep excavations ground works & shuttering to the retail residential & commercial steel markets.

We have ongoing relationships with many quality builders, architects and interior designers across north east of england. Working directly with designers and owners from the concept design through to installation stage. Providing a finished product that is true to the original concept from the ground up.

All projects whether a full residential fit-out or concept container homes a one off commissioned piece are first drawn on CAD for approval and building regulations consent, then completed in our workshop prior to finishing. Our staff consists of only high quality trades man with many years experience in the domestic and commercial markets. Our sub contractors allow us to provide a range of services from complex stone installations to custom fabricated stainless by phoenix steel.

This fact alone allows us to focus on many complex projects. The main part of our business is full residential & commercial fit-outs for builders and designers.
