We were there for a friend's birthday on Saturday & it was really good. Cocktail's 2 for 1 � good was very fast & staff very helpful & friendly, lovely evening.

This place is awesome!!!! The service is really friendly and they will make the food to a really high standard. I would highly recommend this place to all ages.

last night i had the "monster mixed grill", totally recommend it, but bring an appetite or don't bother ! it's pretty damn big and well worth £19.

service is excellent even though they seem to have only one waitress who is responsible for seating people, taking orders, serving the food, taking payments etc,

she didn't stop all night, but was very pleasant and always had a smile.

will definitly return.

I loved it, music people, atmosphere, will be back soon for sure.

Have to say that this place has an amazing vibe and great atmosphere especially on Fridays when there is salsa music! No better place to dance and enjoy drinks with friends!

Amazing Bar, Good drink repertoire, amazing decor, friendly staff (Bar, Manager and Security) we were made to feel very welcome and really enjoyed ourselves. DJ Kellz was absolutely amazing and made the evening!! Will def be returning next trip up north! A refreshing change for Gert Lush Bristolians!!!

Terrible service last night. Ordered cocktails and waited ages (while barman served others) then told they had not got the ingredients for 2 of the cocktails. Third choice was excellent

Met up with friends here at around half 6 last night. They had just eaten burgers which they said were really good, but the woman on the bar had been rude to them. Commenting that not using contactless cards was a waste of her time! �

When we arrived we found a menu on our table stating that pints of carling was 2.50 all day everyday. When we ordered we were charged an extra pound and told the menus were old and shouldn't be out.

When I went back to the bar for a final drink they ran out of strongbow for my friend and I was nearly charged an extra pound for my drink, when I questioned it as i'd just paid for one she corrected it to the right price. Just feel like we were ripped off all night.

Awful management team. Especially the supervisor. Gave me the trial , did not teach me anything at all. An absolute mess. Confirmed my shifts by text , then sudenly decided to change them and finally said that they cannot offer me any shifts. Now I understand why they constantly have "looking for staff" adds on their windows. AVOID this place.
