Blue Reef Aquarium Portsmouth

On the small side and could do with some repairs and cleaning. Nice looking fish and there are information points about but not a lot of interactive points. I've been to better aquariums.

Was over with quite quick but you can go back in all day. My 4 and 8yr old boys enjoyed it. I got half price tickets. Wouldn't pay full price.

So much fun. On a sunny day take the kids there and watch them look around at the Rays there. I quote my brother ' I could stay here all day ' after seeing the otters go outside and play in the fountains. The kids got absolutely drenched but they were having so much fun, because it was really hot they dried out in no time.

Grandchildren enjoyed their visit here. There was a lot to see and also some handling of tropical insects, this was an extra attraction for some. They usually have different things going on in the holidays. Definitely worth a visit if your kids show interest.

Relatively small but lovely place to spend few hours around. Didn’t get to showing/feeding times but we’re lead to a turtle tank when it was given food as part of their day routine. Very nice and polite staff. Not a whole day entertainment but a well spent time. Covert quiet and not many people inside so was perfectly comfort for our little autistic boy. Would recommend especially if you don’t have much time or as a little part of your day trip.

Good but always find it to short, wish it was a little bigger. I kid loves the step ups they provide and the colouring table.

A lovely aquarium on the old Portsmouth sea front, not to badly priced, loads of different spices of fish in there. Otters are really good and boy team can eat.

Brought my son here today for the first time and it was very quiet as we went just after opening. Lots of different fishes to see, child friendly

It's an older style aquarium but well maintained and although quite small, it's great with little children. Parking was not an issue as the promenade is right out the front. The cafe attached is a joke but you can still get a feed there if you don't mind the comedy lack of customer service! It's not rude, just...absent. The fish are well looked after.
