I have used this cab service for around 5 years on a a regular basis. The man on the phone was incredible rude. They lied about prices (i used a cab from them a few days ago and it was £5 cheaper than what he had quoted me today). After telling him that, he said to me "i'm cancelling it" which he did not communicate to the driver. The cab was for my mother and 4 young children who did not know this, the cab picked them up, then when he found out it was cancelled dropped them off on a random street and refused to take them home. I am outraged, DISGUSTING customer service. Save yourself the hassle and use a different cab service.
