Sure it burns SOME calories, but so does simply being alive...
👊 Most ripped/muscular yoga bunnies also train regularly with weights to get in shape. 👊 Yoga may improve certain aspects of strength, but is generally far less effective than other forms of training for building muscle. 👊 Yoga is still a valuable activity in other ways, such as helping flexibility and gently training muscles often overlooked in the gym.

THE FACTS:

Healthy food doesn't have to be boring!
These meals were all cooked by personal training clients looking to trim up without sacrificing tasty food. If you resent the food you're making yourself eat you'll give up on your diet sooner or later, so it's worth discovering a bunch healthy meals that also taste amazing.
Top Tip: Grab a "Healthy Meals in 15 Mins" type of cookbook or google "Quick, healthy meals" for some ideas and inspiration!

👊 Quick Update: 👊
Theoretically there is nothing left to go over in terms of planning permission - we're just waiting on the last few boxes to be officially ticked.
I'm very hopeful that we can kick off the fitness classes properly by early/mid October, giving us a week or two after we get the go ahead to solidify everything and test things out.
... Thanks to everyone for your patience, we've had a few setbacks but very excited to finally kick off!
In the meantime I'll be posting some content on here starting next Monday - some educational pointers to help inform your own workouts and also some entertaining bits and bobs...
FINALLY once we get the go-ahead we will be launching a COMPETITION to win a FULL MONTH of FREE group classes! So once again, watch this space... 😉
