Bluebook Productions has been set up by veteran documentaries producer Bruce Burgess and former BBC news producer and documentaries presenter, Tony McMahon. In a short period of time, it has already optioned several series and has a handful in advanced negotiation with a view to broadcast in 2022 or 2023. Topic areas based on huge experience are all aspects of history and popular science. This would include investigations of the truth of the bible; great engineering projects in history; royal scandals down the centuries and hardy perennials like the Third Reich and the Roman Empire. The approach of Bluebook is to have a powerful ongoing story, exclusive access to contributors and a wow factor for audiences.
