Reports from the local fisherman that the porbeagles have arrived this week in numbers and today a big thresher was hassling the local fleet so i downed tools on site and popped out for hour to have a quick attempt at hooking it 🤞but it looks like I took the wrong gear because what we had under the boat was not sharks!!! looking at the fish finder i would say it was those dam tuna again 😬🐟🐟🐟

Poor weather this weekend stopped the first of this winters sharking trips. Feels like winter out there today 😁

Cornish sunrise this morning was amazing 🙏 However the shark fishing was not so good today with only boating one fish at about 80lb and loosing another it was the worst trip of the season maybe a sign that the blues are heading off from our waters or maybe the easterly wind and big swell didn’t help. Hopefully tomorrow’s trip will be better.🎣🎣🎣🦈🦈🦈🦈

Really pleased to have these brothers back down from London again this year and this time there dad surprised them by turning up in St Ives.👌 The fishing was none stop action all day apart from a 15 minute quite spell to which one of the guys said it’s gone a bit quite mate. The Ammo chum worked a treat today as always 😉🎣🎣🎣🦈🦈🦈

Went out on a mackerel trip yesterday afternoon. Weather and conditions weren't great but these guys kept us informed and made sure we got to go out, top bunch of boys, including Jake on the Dolly P who displayed complete professionalism in a specific adverse scenario. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone �

Thanks Sam for a great day fishing for mackerel our group of seven all agreed it was the best fishing trip in St Ives so far...we had a great laugh and didnt

expect to also catch red gurnard, cod and a small shark. We will definately be booking with you on our return next year.

I booked the 4 hour fishing trip for my partner as a Christmas present! We had the best day, had so much fun and the staff were so lovely! Will definitely be recommending and go again.

Had a great mornings fishing, plenty of pollock, caught my first ling , which had the shimano singing beautifully,and great company. What more could you ask for! Will definitely book again next time I'm down. Thanks guys����

Had a fantastic day, really wort the money, came home with about 15 pollock. Friendly skipper and first mate/filleter, a tad choppy at times but overall a great day out and would recommend for everyone

Had a fantastic day caught loads of fish and the skipper Sam and his son Lewis were so helpfully in helping me catching my first fish.

Fantastic 90 minutes of fun with my son Jamie who was over the moon with his mackerel haul and dolphin spotting today. First rate vessel, properly equipped for all manner of fishing as well as a very knowledgeable and friendly father and son team on board. From the chap at the ticket desk to Sam himself we were treated like royalty from start to finish. Can't wait to come back to Cornwall and book a 4 hour trip with you soon. Fantastic 8 hour fishing trip with skipper Sam & Lewis yesterday. Put us right on the pollock which reached double figure weights and made a fantastic tea � it's a must if in St Ives area.

Excellent value for money. More than enough fishing on a half day out.



Top blokes and very good instruction and advice on board.



Looking forward to going out again next time in Cornwall on holiday.



Handy hint. If on a morning trip get down and park on the Harbour wall in St Ives. Plenty of parking just after 0800hrs. £7 for the day from after 0800hrs.
