Had a complete new installation of central heating including ASHP, cylinder, radiators and all associated plumbing and electrics. From the very start Blueflame were a pleasure to deal with, excellent communications, installation went as planned by Charlie, Connor and Jordan. The whole process was organised and overseen by James and Gary. Very professional company who delivered an excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all involved.

Our central heating system broke down. Blue flame engineer was there next morning at 8am . Really helpful and reassuring. Tonight we have a cosy warm house. Big thanks to him and to the lady who booked the appointment. Very satisfied and grateful.

Not very good..heating was not working came out and got it working and now not working right..

We had a new oil boiler, cylinder & replacement of all radiators & associated work carried out by this company. Although there were minor challenges during the work, we are extremely pleased that we used Blue Flame. We had a named director who priced the work & arranged all engineers, with excellent communication throughout the process. Very good value when you take the entire process & customer after care into consideration. We would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Flame.

Excellent service from the engineers who came out and restored my hot water. A thorough inspection by Ben revealed an underfloor leak which was quickly rectified. No mess or inconvenience. I cannot recommend highly enough.
