The underlying belief is that coaching is a practice and needs to be continually checked, maintained and developed, in service of our clients and those that engage with us. Bluegreen People Limited is led by the highly creative Sheela Hobden, PCC and based in Poole Dorset. Outdoor pursuits form a high volume of company and client well-being, bringing nature in at every opportunity! The organisation opened its doors in 2017, on a mission to help people think clearly for themselves, about what they wanted. Be it personal or professional, we support people to grow the capability to unlock potential wherever they want it. The organisation has a strong focus on people who care so much about others, they forget themselves! The organisation evolved with its clients, and today provides Coaching Supervision, Mentor Coaching AND learning interventions to support coaches grow themselves and their practice. It is the home of the "MOT4U Perspectives on Coaching: Improving coach and client well-being" and is accredited with 10 Continuing Coach Education units with the ICF.
