The company is currently focused on assisting Energy sector clients identify and mitigate financial risks, re-engineer financial reporting processes, enhance their internal controls and improve their financial performance. The company provides a range of other services, including but limited to: o Working with financial and technical personnel to assist clients prepare for and successfully execute transactions - IPOs, RTOs, external capital raising (debt and equity), asset acquisitions and sale transactions;o Providing financial due diligence for potential acquisitions - both asset and corporate transactions;o Independently reviewing and documenting existing internal controls, work processes and corporate governance;o Working with management, internal finance teams and system professionals to re-engineer and improve management and financial reporting processes; ando Assisting with year-end audit work, including liaison and coordination with external auditors and preparing audit papers and work files.
