Rebranded in 2011 Bluesky International was formed in 2000 by Lise Lewis. Her inspiration came from wanting to deliver learning and development activities that people found professional, exciting and stimulating and that when applied improved individual, team and business success. This drive for embedding learning began through completing an MBA dissertation on the transfer of learning from the workshop to the workplace.
