Did someone mention a FOUR DAY WEEKEND?!
Whilst the Bluestones Medical offices will be closed over the Easter break, you will still be able to reach the team as our phones never close. 01244 353 508, best to save it in your phones just to be safe.
Today's the day to start something big.
If you fancy trying something new, give us a call. We've got tonnes of jobs all over the country that are perfect for someone looking to make the most of their Wednesday!
We thought we'd make it even easier for you to do your timesheet.
You can now download them straight from our home page, simple, right?
Tuesday morning is definitely the time for multiple coffees. This little guy knows what we're talking about. ☕️
Just a little appreciative note of appreciation to all of our wonderful locums! It really is a pleasure to work with such an inspirational bunch. 💙
We're not too sure what 'running da plug*' is, but we LOVE the idea of some of our locums busting our their best moves.
* We've consulted with the one member of the Medical team who is under 21, and they've kindly informed us that 'run off da plug' is the new dance craze, similar to 'the whip' or 'nae-nae' apparently. We've also just realised how old we all are.
A brilliant little interactive quiz helping members of the public to get to know the NHS.
We'd definitely encourage you to share this with your friends and family; let's spread some awareness this Wednesday!
It really was great to see so much support for junior doctors yesterday!
There are certain stories flitting around that junior doctors left hospitals dangerously under-staffed; this couldn't be further from the truth!
Over half of all junior doctors worked yesterday, ensuring that A&E departments and intensive care units operated as normal.
We are fast approaching the conclusion of the first working week of 2016 and we would like to know how you've managed! Are you contemplating the idea of an exciting new placement this new year? Why not give us a call to see what we have for you?
Did you know that e-cigarettes could soon be given out by NHS doctors?
Public Health England has said that e-cigarettes are far less harmful than tobacco and could help smokers quit, whereas the BMA has urged caution due to the unknown harms.
What do you guys think? Whilst we're still unsure about e-cigarettes, it's good to see efforts being made to help the 10m adults that smoke in the UK.
