Some dogs are more of a challenge than others to photograph..... Kenzie is a crazy Springer Spaniel who only has one speed and its 100mph! In the pool is her favourite place to be!

User

Hudson has started swimming at the centre to help with his elbow osteoarthritis. Cheering him on poolside is his buddy, River (who sneaked into the photo line up as he seriously knows how to pull a pose!).

What a difference this caring team have made to Ted. He now has a 'swimming bag' at the ready for his weekly sessions and after only a few visits his mobility has improved so much. He has started to run around again and engage in play with his litter brother. Most of all his ears and tail are back up and his mojo is back. Thank you ladies from Ted and his family

User

We took Dougie our five year old tibetan terrier who has hip displayxia , for his first time in the hydropool , loved every minute ,the staff were wonderful put Dougie at ease we are all looking forward to seeing Dougie progress see you next week Dougie🐶💦sue and Dave

We loved taking our 8 month old Spanish Water Dog, Teddy, for his first swimming lesson! Once he got over his initial wariness he was diving in off the side!

It is very important to us to promote his natural instincts to swim and hopefully eventually dive to retrieve and I can recommend anyone to go and teach your dog to swim because although you may read that dogs naturally swim, there's nothing wrong with making their first experiences positive and fun in a controlled and fun environment

User

We have just come back from our first session for our Huskey. I'm so impressed and have already booked another appointment. The staff was so lovely and very caring. Will be recommending.

We had not had Lola for very long and noticed she was limping. We took her to the vets to find out she has hip dysplasia and it was suggested a course of hydrotherapy would help her.

I was so nervous about bringing her here, not really knowing her full personality just yet, but my worrying was over nothing. The staff reassured me that they deal with all sorts of dogs and both Lola and me took to the relaxed friendly environment instantly. Already her limp has reduced and she is walking better on her lead and a little less reactive. Highly recommend Bluewaters for fun or for therapy.

User

Took our three dogs to the play park today, brilliant facility, fantastic and friendly customer service with easy to use booking. Really secure area with high fencing, our dog who just can't be let off loved running free and we loved not having to worry about him. We will be back!

User

Today was our second visit to bluewater ,our staffy barney had spinal surgery 10 weeks ago after suffering a ruptured disk resulting in him becoming paralysed in his back legs.

We did some research and decided to bring him to blue water for some rehabilitation sessions. We are So glad that we did , he loved it and we have seen some improvement with his mobility already.

Julie is so kind , patient and encouraging he couldn't wait to get in the pool today . Very much looking forward to our next session next week.

User

Today was CharlieDogs first visit to the field and he loved it. He has recall issues and it was so lovely seeing him run and run knowing he was safe. We didn't have a problem putting his lead back on as he was that tired from all of his agility activity

Lovely secure area, poo bin provided and nice owners. Will definitely be back. Thanks

User

The girls really took care of Fleur, we have been twice so far and they have taken their time in helping Fleur, coaxing her into the water and to swim as she is not very keen on swimming but seems to be getting better..

User

Our Rottweiler Oakley had his first time at your pool today , he absolutely loved it and loved the staff , he didn’t bat an eyelid , he loved everything and was so well behaved I’m very proud of him and can’t thank the staff enough

My nearly 10 year old Labrador was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. There is no cure, but with 25 weeks of chemo we are praying to get him into remission. It's gonna be a long and emotional journey but we adore our baby boy and will do everything possible to give him the best life possible for the time he has left. Being a typical Labrador he loves water and has been like an excited puppy when he goes the Bluewaters. The staff have been so lovely and accommodating. I would definately recommend this place to anyone thinking of hydrotherapy for their dog x

User

My Scottie Peggy has been going to Bluewaters since last summer, After being diagnosed with arthritis in both back legs at the age of 8 she was really struggling with her mobility, she was having monthly cartrophen injections to stop the progression of the disease but was still struggling leading an active life, now she is enjoying life to the full with no occasional lameness anymore. Having Hydrotherapy has been the best treatment for Peggy along with her cartrophen and the results have been amazing plus she enjoys going, The team at Bluewaters are very professional, caring and friendly, I know Peggy is in safe hands. Thank you Bluewaters for giving Peggy the ability to lead a very active life.

User

Keito, mishka an cooper our three huskies have been going to bluewaters for about 18 months now an they love it. Julie Holly an Laura are fantastic an the dogs love them. Cooper was very nervous to begin with but they perserved with him an now he can't wait to get in the water. Keito on the other hand gets so excited he can't wait to get in the water with his squeeky dinosaur! Fantastic exercise for them would highly recommend bluewaters, your dogs will love it x

User

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at blue water for the effort you put in to help Finlay with his recovery from his neck injury. I'm very pleased to report that he is now Champion Finlay :) will see you back in the new year for fitness swims x

User

I took my labradoodle here for the first time this morning after he was diagnosed with hip displayxia a few weeks ago. He is usually very scared of water but after a few seconds the wonderful ladies here had him playing and swimming in the pool and having a fabulous time. I can't thank them enough we will be returning very soon.

User

I take my staffie Tilly as she has arthritis and had stopped using one of her back legs. I'll be honest I didn't expect much and for the first 8 sessions she was terrified of the water. Breakthrough came on session 9 when Julie introduced a tennis ball to the water. Tilly is now jumping in and swimming and is no longer holding up her back leg when on land. I would highly recommend Bluewaters and persevere if your dog is nervous at first

User

Had second session today with my gorgeous pup Berry, having had a full tplo op 7 weeks ago the vet recommended she had hydrotherapy to regain full use of her leg. I visited 4 units and bluewaters were Def top choice. Professional clean and knowledgeable. They have made both Berry and myself welcome and at ease. She is doing brilliantly, no visible limp weight baring and apart from where her leg is shaved you'd never know how bad her leg was. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend hydrotherapy and def recommend Bluewaters. Thankyou all love Berry and Liz x

User

Dylan the golden retrievers first session today. Very impressed!!!!!! Ok he didn't want to do much swimming and spent more time trying to get out but he will get there :) lovely facility and great staff.

User

As a dog agility instructor, I recommend all my students to take their dogs to Bluewaters for hydrotherapy to keep them fit for work. From 15 months to 15 years, my 7 dogs love their swimming, too!
