Bmi The Priory Hospital

Excellent service, clean room, nice and helpful staff

It is disappointing service, my brother got a pre-surgery appointment I been calling them for the last 5 days and left message too, but unfortunately no one is answering my call, it put me straight to voice mail with a message "you call back etc", which they have never called me.
Its sad that BMI is not prioritising those who call unless you go to the hospital and speak to them about your concerns.

Staff are very friendly and helpful with the consultant I have seen being everything i would expect. Professional, fast and welcoming!

From start to finish this experience has been by far the easiest and most comfortable hospital visit I have had. The Consultant was warm, professional, and had a lot of time to talk me through everything. The nursing staff have been fantastic and even the food was excellent! Thank you Bmi!

We went to BMI for treatment, which we were hoping would be discrete and professional. There was confusion over a final bill, which was for £180. After spending £000’s here.

Despite this agreed to be waived, BMI are constantly posting automated letters, calling us, emailing just for £180.

I would not recommend BMI, not for the treatment side, but simply for NOT keeping things discrete and professional. We thought we could trust BMI, but phone calls regarding highly personal transcations with debt collecting people is disgusting.

Well A great place to visit with family..

It's a private hospital meaning you will get much better service than most surrounding NHS hospitals: usually its possible to see the right specialist within days. Of course you need to pay either by yourself or let your medical insurance pay for you. The staff is friendly and the hospital is clean. It's located in a quiet area with enough parking.
