With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry and teaching bootcamps with a wide variety of clients, we have learnt what works and what doesn't. That's why we have teamed up to bring you the best bootcamp possible to not only get you results but also teach you how to sustain them.

We understand that one plan does not suit all and everybody's needs and goals are different. We will work with you every step of the way to help you completely change your lifestyle. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is more than just exercising, it involves a healthy mind & the right nutrition.

“It all comes down to one simple question.. how much do you want it??
And I wanted it soo badly!!
I didn’t want to be the fat person in the room anymore.. I hated the thought of summer (I mean who hates summer!?) 🙈
... I didn’t even want to be in any of Charlie’s photos anymore as I couldn’t stand looking at myself which led to my self confidence going straight out of the window, until one day I woke up and thought enough is enough now Mandi.. you need to sort your life out!! .. so I did 💪🏻
We’ve got 7weeks until we go on our first family holiday and for the first time I’m so excited about new clothes and I’ve even bought 2 new BIKINI’S 🙊
So, not only am I posting this because I’m super proud of what I have achieved in 18 months and changed my life.. I just hope that I can inspire at least 1 person that is feeling exactly how I did to start their fitness journey.
No it doesn’t happen over night but trust me it’s worth it!

... What diets have you tried in the past? Was you successful, if not why? "Ive always been on diets but never fully understood the importance of a calorie deficit before and had always restricted certain foods! Now i know no food is off limit but i'm mindful of the choices i make."
When you decided to make a change and join BMN, what made you believe you could do it? "I didn't know if i could do it... but i was inspired by the progress of others and thought i needed some of that guidance."
If you believe BMN Fit has taught you one thing, what would this be? "The importance of a calorie deficit to lose weight and that the scales don't tell the whole story! Progress pictures, measurements, the way my clothes fit, how i feel and my health are just as important."
Lastly, do you have anymore goals you wish to accomplish? "I'd love to lose another stone and to complete another 5 or 10km run!"

"Having Exercise in my life has made me a happier person in everyday life, it has totally changed my outlook on life!"
Mandi has lost 5st3lbs in total so far and this is what she has to say....
Over the past 17 months how has your life changed?... "My life has changed for the better, My healthier lifestyle helps my son have a healthier lifestyle which is why i wanted to start this journey in the first place. We're always out in the fresh air whether it be walking to the park or a stroll along the prom. Having a very active child i was always worried that i wouldn't be able to keep up with him but being fitter i have no problem with this 😀"
Can you remember how you first felt when you very started? And how does it compare to now? "When i first started bootcamp, that very first Monday morning, it took every once of courage and effort to get me through those doors as i was so embarrassed to exercise in front of people as i hadn't realised how big i had got. I remember that first fitness test like it was yesterday. I felt like i was going to pass out, now can run 5 miles in 50 mins and am able to do 20 press ups on my feet. It's hard work getting up early but honestly now i can't wait for bootcamp mornings. We're like a little family and everyone is just brilliant. Wouldn't have got this far without them all egging me on!"
Lastly, what things are most important to you and how does exercise and your nutrition fit into this? My family is the most important thing to me. I love making sure that they are eating well so i put my nutrition information into practice and test new meals with them. We love it. Bonus the fact i get to see my friends 3 mornings a week, having a busy life this can be really difficult to do. I owe so much to BMN fit for changing my life for the better!
